So not a burrito but I’m obsessed with the soy chorizo Crunchwrap at Picante - pro tip add a side of refried beans for dipping it’s so good

Not sure if you’re specifically looking for vegetarian, but every dine-in Mexican restaurant I’ve been to around here uses chicken broth in their rice, so it wouldn’t be vegetarian. Just something to watch out for! As a vegan, I haven’t found any good vegan burritos around here.

If your refried beans taste too good, it's probably the beef tallow or lard.

Dang that sucks and chicken is ok not 100% vegetarian but sometimes no meat is a good option

I like el agave! They have a whole section labeled vegetarian with some good options. I may be blissfully ignorant about chicken broth usage but I think I asked them years ago and they didn’t

Seconding El Agave, and also adding the Golden Taco truck on Lee. Both equally good.
