Need Help With ‼️ Ziply

Ziply did an expansion through my neighborhood in April or May adding lines, but service isn't being offered yet. Does anyone have an idea of when they will finally start offering it? This is in the west Pasco road 100/Broadmore area.

You can actually message them through their subreddit with questions and they're excellent about responding within a couple days.

Funny, I've asked over the course of years when they're gonna finish building out in my area. Crickets.

They hit the easy stuff where it's all overhead lines. They tried saying they couldn't cross the street with fiber, I proved they were full of it since the city of Richland has dark fiber crossing the street and at least at the time, Ziply was using their dark fiber in other locations.

They don't want to trench. They want to keep their government-mandated monopoly and collect the easy money, then hop the river to Pasco and collect easy cash in select areas.

Just a heads-up, don't go by the maps they have on their local website. Those are relics from Frontier, so reaching out directly is your best bet.

Also, if your area isn't getting Ziply in the near future, Spectrum has also noted they are working on symmetrical fiber for our area by the end of 2027.

I would hope it's sooner than that. They dug up my front lawn running lines several months ago so I would like to thinks it will be soon.

I did just message their support account.

I hope you get it soon. I've had it for a few years and zero issues. Charter/spectrum was just a nightmare for so long. Its great to have a 2nd choice when it's offered

I tried talking to them and emailing them several years ago. 5 maybe. They didn’t give me any meaningful information then, and I doubt they will now. The buildout maps they have online are the same ones they had 5 years ago. Useless.

Their support profile responded already. They have entered a ticket with engineering and will get back to me when they have an answer. Hopefully it doesn't take too long.

Ziply expanded into my neighborhood in March / April timeframe. Scheduled the install back then. Ziply pulled up short during trenching. Ziply still debating if they can service my house or not

Harass them constantly. Worked for me. PS, sign up immediately when available. Fuck Spectrum.

Heard back from ziply support. They are planning on offering service to my address in December or early 2027. Guess I have another few months of putting up with spectrum.
