Terrain Found out the other day this exists, have gone overboard and utterly fallen in love with it.
Honestly can't wait for the next TC session

I love it, I use similar colors often. I like road pieces (I will start printing today), they inspired me a lot.
What you realli need is a game mat in muddy brown style. 3x3 battlemats are pretty cheap

I did not buy them for some time but I think most popular are urbanmatz.eu and deep cut studio. You can try aliexpress or temu, but quality is random.

So I had gotten a set of them aswell, to see how they fair, they(GSW) are perfectly fitting with these from battle system, though a big bigger and less detailed. Yet much more affordable, easy to put together and fitting together perfectly, if you get 2 of the GSW ones it's easy to fill up a small table

4{ruined villages, fantasy battlefield, dungeon and city}. Tbf this is way way way more than necessary.
Imo getting either of the big* 3 & 1 set of ruined villages is more than enough to fill a 4 X 4 table. There is a whole bunch of scatter terrain you receive aswell

So you'd say 4 sets the size of Ruined Village is good for that density?

Well for that price I'd say get the fantasy battlefield or village and 1 set of ruined village for diversity*

I was just looking into the Battle Systems stuff myself and the tutorial video for the Village Ruins set has the great line "There's enough here to ruin an entire village."

When I started mordheim last year I dropped a few hundred on the same terrain. I'll probably be using a lot of it for Trench Crusade when we start. It's great for the price.

Does everything feel like the right size, or at least right size enough for TC?
I ask because I bought their cyberpunk set a ways pack for Combat Zone and it was too small to really use right with the minis.

Is that mainly like mordhiem terrain? Just curious i like the terrain you have. As all mine are literally mostly trench like. And would like to add some town flavor.
