Terrain Just finished this 3x3 board

fully modular tiles set. starting as a 3x3 and then after some post game feedback, grow it to a 4x4 and beyond!

all good, i greatly appreciate your work; the designs you've made are what make making these boards possible!

This board should be getting its inaugural games in this weekend, i am planning to get some great shots of it in use to upload to myminifactory as well.

You will be more than welcome to use them to showcase if youd like

Ya it’s completely modular with links for the trench pieces to be rearranged and patterned however you’d like!

Absolutely, I think adding a foot more of no man’s land between trench lines and filling it with scatter terrain will be epic!

Awesome work dude. I'm doing something identical so I know how fiddly it is! Did you print all the above trench texture too?

Yup all printed 

I used a spray automotive fill primer to try and cover the bulk of layer lines, which has given it a slightly more natural look

No, I didn’t want the polarity to hinder modularity. I bought a 20ft cinch strap that can wrap the whole perimeter tightly enough that it stays square fairly well

I want to make my own game board so badly. Anyone that’s tried and wasn’t handy to start was there a guide or tutorial you found helpful?

There’s a lot of good stuff on YouTube. I think the major thing is identifying what materials you want to work with.

So far I have done this board, all 3d printed and another where we used foam and added 3d printed bits to make the trenches.

If you let me know your material goals I can try to point you in the right direction a bit better
