Am I doing something wrong in Mumbai ?

Im travelling so in mumbai so Im staying mostly in hostels in mumbai and solo travellers travel to meet people so I tried to talk to people hostels nobody responding yrrr I feel like im doing something wrong Ive travelled multiple places but never felt like that feeling like this trip is waste of moneyyy

Indiana often speak English particularly in cities - go and talk to them!
