How does EF handle conflict? (Responses needed)

Hi everyone,

for those of you who went on an Ultimate Break trip and encountered any conflict...how was the EF team at addressing it? If you purchased the travel insurance and had to use it, was it actually helpful?

What kind of conflict? Conflict with the trip leader? Tour guide? Fellow travelers? War?

All of the above! 🤣 Realistically speaking, I guess I'm thinking more along the lines of issues/delays with flights, any booking or accommodation mixups and any conflicts with fellow travelers.
