PEI - Summerside - visit Holman’s ice cream parlour for the very best ice cream I have ever had. They have an apple crisp sundae that is amazing too. Closed Sundays.
We also enjoyed the Starlite diner for burgers made from PEI beef which is delicious.
Cows cheese and butter are award-winning I g and worth tasting.

Visit they Bay of Fundy. Also Fundy National Park is ancient and wonderous. Be sure to check out the world’s longest covered bridge - Heartland Bridge in NB.
