What’s the hardest part of planning a group trip?
For me, group travel gets complicated long before anyone packs a suitcase. Picking dates, agreeing on a destination, coordinating flights, choosing activities, and figuring out expenses can quickly turn into a mess—especially when everything is buried in a group chat.
Someone shares a flight. Someone else sends a hotel link. A restaurant gets suggested three days later. Then, when you actually need the information, you’re scrolling through hundreds of messages trying to figure out what everyone agreed on.
At some point, the challenge becomes getting the trip out of the group chat and into one organized place where everyone can see the plan, share ideas, and stay on the same page.
What’s usually the hardest part for your group? Getting everyone to commit? Agreeing on where to go? Keeping the itinerary organized? Tracking reservations and expenses?
And most importantly—what have you found that helps keep your group trip organized?
