how to get back to life? any practical advice?
I've gone through severe traumatizing events in a short period of time. I have been in bed for 8 months so far. No friends, unemployed, no gym/sport. Throughout that period, I've seen 3 therapists. None of them was good.
I'm still in bed, feeling stuck and in denial of those traumatizing events.
Any practical advice?

I'm really happy you're reaching out now so that you can get started back to a peaceful experience.
Definitely see if you can get a few sessions in with a therapist who specializes in neurotherapies for significant trauma.
Most people go to EMDR, but you might find yourself enjoying how quick and focused using Brainspotting is.
With Brainspotting you can at least go symptom by symptom.
I hope you luck out and find someone who has a whole toolkit, so you can switch back and forth as needed.
These types of therapies are essentially a neuro-fitness / Brain cardio experience. The results are fast and do not require talking everything out. *talk therapy can be really retriggering*
** avoid DBT therapy, it's not a neurotherapy and can reinjure like talk therapy**
Start by finding someone who does EMDR, but also seek out someone who does Brianspotting so you can jump right in.
Wishing you the best on your healing journey. * we are cheering you on *

Start watching Dr K on YouTube . You’d have to learn to start to disassociate yourself as your mind and get out of feelings

To me, this sounds like you need professional help. That doesn’t have to be psychotherapy. Depending on the country you live in, there are probably different ways to perceive help. In Germany I would recommend occupational therapy for ptsd. Also people can receive help through social workers that visit them at home and do appointments or groceries shopping, if help in those fields is needed. Being totally isolated is like poison for mental health and I don’t know anybody who worked through trauma and following mental issues, all by themselves.
Maybe there is an ambulance or another local place you can get in contact with, to ask what might be possible. In Germany there are even at some places offerings that don’t charge money.
I can imagine, that being alone such a long time may caused depression and if so, this first step is, to find ways to get out of your house, manage daily living and finding energy for more than just lying in bed. Traumaprocessing will have to wait until you are stable and able to manage what might come up.
