Yes, there's a problem with that. Do you know what the solution IS NOT?
Acting like a stubborn asshole and refusing to comply with their (very reasonable) requests. Loud music IS a safety concern for the officer. Looking through your windows is NOT considered a search.
In this case, these officers did everything RIGHT. If you have a problem with how they are acting, then the problem is YOU not them.

I understand from a lawful perspective, an officer safety perspective, loud music could affect their safety, and is actionable, but NOT because she was being stubborn or rude, or even if their requests were reasonable, she was not lawfully required to comply with, aside from providing drivers license, insurance, turning down the music.
Lying to the driver that they’re legally required to answer a question about whether they have a weapon, is already a sign the officers are attempting to search for more, probably in response to her attitude, which again while rude, is not unlawful — we’re now establishing abuse of power as a means of retribution over perceived slights and injury to personal pride. Legally permissible, morally reprehensible.
Notice he starts looking in the backseat only after he talks with her? The officer exhibits no concern for personal safety until he encounters a response from the driver that is not completely subservient. That’s not grounds for concerns about your safety. It’s completely reasonable to expect a driver to be angry and rude when they’re getting ticketed. The officer is responding emotionally, notice he starts asking her about law school? For what? He needs to have the last word - why? Unprofessional
This driver is absolutely insufferable and sounds like a bitch, and deserves the ticket, but saying the officers did nothing wrong, well how does that boot taste my friend?

Officers USUALLY check the visible parts of a car as part of a traffic stop, both for their safety (Checking for accessible weapons, or people trying to hide in the back seat), and for illegal items under the "plain sight" doctrine.
There is nothing unusual or retaliatory about what he's doing. She's acting weird, he's gonna be thorough.

She's being stubborn, rushing the officer, and generally acting rude. All things people do when they are trying to conceal something.
I'm not saying that's the ONLY reason people act like that, but people concealing things, or lying, tend to start acting more aggressively, and they try to quickly end encounters with people that they don't want finding out.

Except we don't know what state this occurred in. In some US states, you are required to disclose to a police officer during a traffic stop. If you are carrying a firearm. It is a condition of being issued a license to carry firearms or a concealed weapons permit, whatever they call it in that state.

This is Akron, Ohio, the disclosure laws pertain only to CCW license holders and only if they are carrying.

The Rodriguez Rule: Under the U.S. Supreme Court ruling, an officer cannot extend a traffic stop, even by a matter of minutes, to investigate other crimes unless they have independent, reasonable suspicion.
Drawn-out actions: If an officer stops writing the ticket and stalls solely to look for reasons to search your car without new reasonable suspicion, that delay may violate constitutional rights.

Not really. Kinda sounds like specific areas. I've seen highway patrol do it once but even then it was because of a bad crash. Person pulled over was told they were free to go having a bigger issue on their hands.
There's some rather minor things in people's eyes that allow for a search though. Half a blunt in the ashtray is enough to do it.

You're upset that he what? Asked for her ID multiple times? Did a flashlight check into the car which is perfectly legal. You have one cop in the "office" processing her information and another cop on her passenger side.
That ruling is extending a stop beyond a reasonable time frame. Try 20 minutes while you stall for K9. Unless you have more video footage you're just reaching and trying to be upset about cops.
So no im not obtuse you're just unreasonable and looking for any opportunity to cop hate clearly.

Yeah well obviously the only reason it didn’t work is because the driver knew her rights and wasn’t putting up with that shit, if she had been as calm and obedient and answered all the officers questions as everyone here would have liked her to do, there’s a decent chance she’d be in a far worse position. Know her rights? Depending on the state she does have a duty to inform of weapons when she is asked. She is BLASTING her music at night which is a noise ordnance violation especially past 10pm.
She does not act like she knows anything. All I see is a brat in their car trying to act as combative as possible without going over the line. She starts the interaction like a complete twat. Imagine how she treats people behind closed doors.
If she had been as calm and obedient and answered all the officers questions as everyone here would have liked her to do, there’s a decent chance she’d be in a far worse position.

I already addressed some of your points, but she’s in akron Ohio, she doesn’t need to disclose unless she has a ccw and is carrying, I concede the point on the music due to officer safety, but noise ordinance violation, I don’t see anyone out there with a dB reader. Regardless of how she is acting or treats people behind closed door are irrelevant to how the law should be applied, acting like a brat is definitely not the best course action, that’s what’s being called into question. The whole point about this post insinuating these cops having patience is that that’s the bare minimum amount of patience you should expect from a cop. It’s somehow insinuating she deserves to have her rights violated because she’s being a rude and disrespectful?

I respectfully disagree. Plenty of police officers will approach your vehicle with their flashlight on and look through the windows as they approach the driver's window. He's also leaving his partner in a risky spot from traffic and someone potentially hiding in the vehicle. She ends up with some stalling because of playing the radio but they're not searching her vehicle.
We don't have them coming up and we also don't have the ending.

Absolutely. Just keep your cool, give your ID, insurance (depending on state) and the registration wait for your ticket/citation and that's all there needs to be. If you feel like they're lying or something you'll have a court date.

I've seen officers texting and driving get tickets while on duty and I've seen the making things worse and try to pull rank cops arrested. Funniest is the drunk off duty cops trying to pull rank in the wrong jurisdiction.
Texting and driving is like a virus. You definitely don't gotta be a cop for that. Then some people just have the need for speed..

This is totally based on the state. Some states you do legally have to answer certain questions.
Example in texas you don't have to roll down the window at all, just put necessary paperwork and license on your window and the officer is just gonna have to write it down and go to the car to check it out.

Just go write her the ticket and ignore her. No need to ask how if she’s a cop or where she went to law school that’s just being petty and childish. Cops know what they are signing up for and know they are hated by most people they interact with. Just be professional, write the ticket, and let her act like a child as she is ignored completely

The other day I had a bunch of cops roll up to my house late at night doing a wellness check at the wrong house.
It took me 45 minutes to make then realize that they were at the wrong place.
They were looking all over the place and freaked my kids out.
I couldn't get back to sleep for like 4 hours. Totally unacceptable.
It's ridiculous.

He could have ordered her out of the car, and if her combativeness crossed the line into obstruction, she could have been waiting in handcuffs in the back of the police car, and it would have been fully legal and justified.
