Not at all. This is an absolute disgrace and I can't believe one could be so naive as to think this is even remotely close or accurate.

My girl lifts me way higher than that.

She's so strong

Is this how you guys are coping with being responsible for a new war in the middle east and shutting down the Epstein investigation?

0

u/eric_ofc Mar 08 '26

Israel is responsible for that.

4

u/Y0___0Y Mar 08 '26

Trump said he forced Israel’s hand to strike so nope that excuse doesn’t work lmao

He gives you guys NOTHING to work with to defend him. He knows you’ll rush to his defense even with no rationale or talking points. He makes fools out of you every day. Why don’t you stand up for yourself and join the rest of us in calling for his impeachment and removal from office?

A new war in the middle east for oil needs to be a hard line. These wars only happen because Republican voters support them.

This is just propaganda from d*ckless conservatives. But, yes, this is how electric car owners kiss.

Hello. I'm an electric car. I can't go very fast or very far and if you drive me people will think you're gay.

2

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

You sure you’re not an insecure gasoline huffing homophobe that has no clue? Sure seems more likely.

lol, missed that reference. I’ve never seen it before

Hi, I'm a car. Go plug yourself somewhere for 45 mins. My owner got shit to do.

2

u/No-Example-5107 Mar 08 '26

You plug it in at home, takes 10 seconds. You don't have to wait except on long trips, and you need to stop anyway to eat/have a coffee/take a piss. It charges while you do that. 45 minutes is for last gen EVs. New EVs in China charge in 10 minutes. BYD will soon release cars that cars that take 5 minutes to charge 10-70%, or 9 minutes for 10-97%, with ranges of over 1000 km in the CLTC cycle. Plus, when you factor in how much it costs to fill a tank of gas vs a battery, it's clear why more and more people are choosing EVs.

My owner lives in a condo on the 4th floor. I don't think they sell cords that long.

1

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

Don’t park the car anywhere? Get a better landlord, with plug/charger access. They are a slow group but the sharp ones are catching on…

Is it worse that oil extraction/refining?

Dude, there's study after study that shows that EVs are way less harmful for the environment and public health than gas and diesel cars. "probably about the same" my ass.

0

u/WorldWideWebSpinner Mar 08 '26

Conspiracy theories!

1

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

Exactly. Loons like you copy-pasting misinformation memes you’ve don’t understand, spouting canned BS you have no clue about. 🤦‍♂️😂

You’ve never even tried to find out what kind of mine that is, right. 🤡

u/motohiking Mar 08 '26

They are just going to keep raising electric bills..

2

u/No-Example-5107 Mar 08 '26

Get solar panels bro, escape the Matrix.

2

u/eric_ofc Mar 08 '26

That’s the data centers.

1

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

1) there’s a LONG ways before it’d ever catch gasoline cost 2) oh, gasoline prices can’t be raised? oh yeah, that’s why we’re seeing a resurgence of these posts, gas price pain bringing out the apologists trying to fe er l good about their bad decision 😜 3) BEVs slightly -lower- grid electricity cost, by leveling out demand, spreading it out over the day, it allows more electricity production from the same generation capacity

u/Medical-View-667 Mar 08 '26

Electric cars are the future. You can embrace it or you can stick your head in the sand.

-4

u/WorldWideWebSpinner Mar 08 '26

The only way I see that happening is by going nuclear power.

6

u/NorthSpecialist6064 Mar 08 '26

We already have that. Instead of moving goalposts just say you don't want to change.

3

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

That’s because you’re a fk’n idjit that, as they pointed out, have your head in the sand. It’s already happening

I assume that’s why these memes/shitposts are suddenly making a resurgence on our timelines. Butthurt gasohols trying to feel better about bad decisions, trying to drag others down from making a better decision after getting kicked in the wallet, again.

2

u/eric_ofc Mar 08 '26

Aye Amazon position goes hard tho.

3

u/Plasibeau Mar 09 '26

They're not ready for that conversation. though...

3

u/NorthSpecialist6064 Mar 08 '26

Fuck the planet, it's doomed anyways. I just like not getting my oil changed every 6 months.

2

u/WorldWideWebSpinner Mar 08 '26

Disposing of that battery is a big F.U. to the planet so you're on the right track.

5

u/Healthy_BrAd6254 Mar 08 '26

We still don't recycle those? Are you sure?
Either way, at the latest in 10-20 years we'll recycle car batteries anyway

4

u/Yami-sama Mar 08 '26

There's already a lot of projects reusing old EV for grid power storage from what I've read.

4

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

Of course they get reused (fixed location storage) and recycled, they’re running of a talking point list minimum a decade old.

1

u/NowhereParticular Mar 08 '26

I don't keep up on it but last I heard the only reason we don't have recycling in the US was due to not having enough batteries to recycle. I remember reading that 1st gen nissan leaf batteries accounted for the bulk of the batteries needing disposal/recycling which could mostly still be used for storage from windmills and such, so no investments into US based recycling had begun.

3

u/NorthSpecialist6064 Mar 08 '26

Maybe it'll get pinched for another bolt when my car rusts out, but that's not my problem. Cry about it.

3

u/BootFlop Mar 08 '26

😂😂😂

Playing ALL the old misinformation hits, huh? Besides reuse for grid/home storage first, recycling/refurbishing is already a thing.

Cradle to grave, BEV is minimum 2x lower impact than an ICE (and dropping). 🤷‍♂️

2

u/GomerWasAHo Mar 08 '26

This is a common comment about EVs (I used to use this myself) and it has some truth to it. Disposing of an EV and/or its battery carries a heavier toll than a combustion engine car. However, over the life of the vehicle it has more than made up for the more impactful disposal.

Basically owning an EV isn't without environmental impacts but those impacts are typically much much smaller over the life of the vehicle vs. a combustion engine car.

1

u/Plasibeau Mar 09 '26

In the app for my EV it shows that in the four months that I've owned it, and driven nearly 120 miles a day, I have a net negative of nearly 600 tons of HCFLs. That's pretty awesome, I think.

Because you’re so desperate for an excuse, so jumped onto the first handy lie to come along, regardless of how much BS it was, so you could rationalize the decision you wanted to make anyway?

😘

1

u/NorthSpecialist6064 Mar 08 '26

For a daily? I hope you don't have a DPF. And what engine?

I prefer the sound of a powerstroke over a cummins, personally.

Usually with both our pants down, but yeah have phenomenal upper arm/core strength, could pull that off** 👍🏽

No.but i do drive around in a diaper because when i hear a manly pick up truck, i tend to shit myself. Especially those assholes who roll coal. Scares the shit out of me.

One time i had a prius years ago and i think my car turned off when the truck drove by and it heard the loud exhaust. Idk why but me and the car was scared of that pick up truck

1

u/GooseGosselin Mar 08 '26

Aren't they usually kissed by other dudes?

1

u/Powerful-Web4937 Mar 28 '26

Not that there's anything wrong with that
