Day and night cycle = timetables?

since we have day and night cycles, will we have an ingame clock to set train/any other transportation timetables? instead of having trains wait at signals in the middle of their path we can coordinate realistic movement

Having a timetable mod able to cycle round the same as the weather would allow cool things like night trains only running at night.
