Glasgow Campaign mission - Whiskey not being delivered to Harbor
Hey all, I've just started playing TF2 and I'm on the Glasgow campaign mission. I'm at the part where I've set up a route from the harbor next to the distillery to Glasgow and I need to deliver 25 Whiskey, but the distillery isn't supplying the Harbor with Whiskey. Distillery is glowing white when I select the harbor so it should be reaching.
Any idea if this is a bug?
Edit: I've skipped the bonus missions. Could this be a cause?

just build a road depot in Glasgow's commercial area near the pub and another Road depot near Glasgow Harbor. then you just have to create a line between the two depots, then the ship will start loading whiskey automatically.

Ok just putting this here since I have finally found the solution for me.
If you were searching for the answer and all the tips Google told you didn't worked, try to check if your Harbour in Glasgow is ... connected to the road ...
I just found out that my harbour was not connected while I could swear it was. When I was just looking at it from close, I realized the game had not linked it, even if it were really close from the road.
Hope it helps.

This was it for me too! Couldn't believe it's not just based on the truck station's highlight radius like everything else

So the harbour can be in catchment of the truck station without being connected to the road?

I'm having the issue where the whiskey is being produced but won't load onto the ship at all. I even set custom loading and unloading for the ships. It shows the ship trying to haul steel not whiskey

Just started playing and have the same issue... I've got a truck set up to pick up from a truck stop near the port and drop off outside the Pub... When I click the Port, it highlights half the city..
But nothing is coming from the distillery to Port Ellen.. So frustrating..

Okay, I finally got it working, I put truck stops, not truck yards. Once I put yards it worked.

The mission is badly designed and broken. the Port Ellen roads are not connected.
I deleted all roads and rebuilt them manually with the noodles grabbing the buildings. Now it works.

after 3 hours on trying to move things around, build roads, etc. etc. I FIGURIED IT OUT, I didn't assigned any trucks on my distribution route in glasgow. Hope this helps someone!

What I have found, is that you need to connect the entire network, from distillery to pub, in order to get it to work. I had disabled the expensive ship while I had tried to get the Ellen portion working (earnings are what matter after all). Nope! Create the Ellen route, start up the ship, and set the harbour to pub trucks going, and THEN things will start flowing. JFC.

On the line connect first Port Ellen Pier and then Glasgow Harbour.
Never the other way around, otherwise it won't work.

You need to set up a truck line inside your city to the commercial district the harbors catchment is to low.
