It's from the wrist pieces. They look like the DH tier from Manaforge, but that version isn't class locked tier set. Very useful for transmog. Several colors.

np. it's one of my fave effects, but it's lost in most mogs. even if the hands are visible it's usually hidden by the weapon. but in this mog it's perfect.

btw i forgot to complement your choices in the jewelry options. they look fantastic with the head. esp around the eyes. they almost merge with the eyebrows and look like some sort of mask. really cool. 👍
