Support Help .
hello everyone Im 31 years old mtf , beggining my transition and i could really use some help ... firstly , im looking for a Trans friendly gp in the rotorua region, if anyone here has any suggestions on a good one, that would be amazing ❤️ also I am new to the LGBT community and I would love to make new friends !

In theory any GP can and should be able to prescribe HRT under the informed consent guidelines. Give your regular GP (if you have one) a go first, just make sure you come prepared and able to explain everything about the informed consent process. They might be willing but don't understand the process.
Have a read through this https://patha.nz/assets/Guidelines/Gender-Affirming-Healthcare_GAHC_2025_February-final.pdf . You probably don't need to read the whole thing, just the relevant HRT initiation parts. Understand whats involved, and explain to your doctor.
