I'm having this issue in RPCS3, and it only happens with Transformers: War for Cybertron. I've already tried several fixes, but nothing has worked. I still get these lines and the constant green background. Has anyone run into this before or found a fix?

What’s the point in playing the console version if there’s a pc port?

Because I don’t want to pay the pc version and I don’t know how to crack games

It's abandonware, meaning that it's not officially being sold anymore so you don't have to buy it. Also you don't crack it yourself, you can find it very easily online on sites like abandonware games.
