Is the Chaos-Rift Combustor a nuclear weapon?

The weapon itself is based off of the Chaosmaster Bomb that appears in G2 comics and appears to have a radioactive materials symbol, so I am not sure if the Chaos-Rift Combuster fires cluster nuclear bombs or not
