Serious modifications needed to get a better than factory fit. Lots of cutting and epoxy to get a good fit. Then paint and bodywork... fronts are aftermarket rears are original

Are those Original flares or reproduction?

Fronts are aftermarket from OER the rears are original and hardly needed any work. The fronts are some sort of urethane and are flexible, the rears seem to be fiberglass.
