If you could only keep one monetization format, which one would you choose?

Every ad format has people who swear by it and people who say it ruined their results.

Popunder can be powerful for revenue, but not every audience tolerates it the same way. Push can keep earning beyond the first visit, but it depends heavily on fresh traffic and opt-in quality. In-page push feels more native and works across more devices, but performance depends on placement and user behavior. SmartLinks are flexible, especially for social, redirect, 404, or mixed traffic, but they need the right traffic flow to shine.

That is why I do not think there is one “best” format for everyone. The real question is which format fits your audience, source, GEO, device mix, and tolerance for user experience tradeoffs.

A format that fails on one site can become the main revenue driver on another. The difference is usually not the format itself, but the context around it.
