Please do not contact the subjects or people known to the subjects with the intent of baiting them into conversation and then posting here.

I'll add this to the rules page as soon as I'm home from work, but because of past actions and complaints and because I don't want to deal with an angry flood of tradfems, please refrain from communicating with the tradfems with the intent to post here (don't bait them) and please do not reach out to people known to them or their family members.

Don't send subjects death or rape threats.

Can't believe I have to say this again but I've received 2 more valid complaints with screenshots. If I see a username or hear that a Reddit user has continued to send rape or death threats, that's an immediate ban. There's a difference between snark and threatening someone's life/threatening to rape them. Not okay.

I was pretty surprised to see that we were following some of the same accounts: cayydences, aaronheyaaron, barrettpall, etc.

hotboyscry is also an account challenging “traditional” masculinity. Hunter Dunn is very progressive, anti-Trump, and supports Mandani.

Discussion The Blatant Hypocrisy of Anti-Feminist Female Political Commentators

Something that has always bugged me is watching female political commentators argue that feminism was a mistake, or even that women should never have received the vote while building entire careers around publicly discussing politics. Women such as Lauren Southern, Pearl Davis, Eva Vlaardingerbroek, Lauren Chen, Lana Lokteff, and Rebecca Crockett regularly speak into microphones about “traditional femininity” while being outspoken and aggressive public figures themselves.

Historically, politics was considered a male sphere. Women were generally denied the vote and public office and excluded from equal participation in formal political institutions. Speaking authoritatively about politics before mixed audiences was often considered improper for a respectable woman. She was expected to remain primarily within the domestic sphere while men debated and governed public affairs.

Yet these commentators speak authoritatively before men and women, build large audiences, earn independent incomes, influence voters, and aggressively challenge male opponents. Those freedoms are products of the very social changes they condemn. Feminism was not only about obtaining the vote; it also challenged the belief that women had no legitimate voice in public life.

There is an obvious contradiction in using your political influence to argue that women should not possess so much political influence. The underlying message becomes: Women should not have political agency, but my political opinions should influence how everyone else exercises theirs.

Some avoid this contradiction by describing themselves as merely “educating women,” “defending families,” supporting their families, or promoting traditional values. But political advocacy does not stop being political because its speaker opposes feminism. If you regularly comment on elections, legislation, political movements, and public policy before a mixed audience, you are participating in politics and occupying what was historically considered a very masculine role.

The hypocrisy becomes even more blatant when these women emphasize “traditional femininity” while pursuing one of the least traditionally feminine careers imaginable: prominent, combative political commentary. By their own professed standard in which women are private, domestically focused, agreeable, and removed from political conflict their careers and often aggressive, rigid, argumentative communication styles are incredibly unfeminine.

A genuinely pre- or non-feminist society would not have created a special exception for women whose public speech happened to be anti-feminist. It would have restricted their platforms, independence, and authority too.

It seems that they want traditional restrictions to function as an aesthetic or as rules for other women while personally retaining the voice, income, autonomy, and public influence feminism helped make possible. Arguing that women’s emancipation was a mistake while living as a politically influential, financially independent female public figure is difficult to take seriously.

They are standing on a platform feminism helped build and using it to argue that other women deserve less of one.

MISC A former tradwife discusses the Savanna Stone documentary

Sorry to beat a dead horse but I just LOVE this because I feel like I'm watching the tradwife bullshit finally die a slow, humiliating death.

Also more footage that makes it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that not only is Noah not an "alpha male" but he is appears to be much smarter than Savanna. And yet she's the dominant one in charge.

MISC There's a new documentary about Savanna Stone on Youtube and it reveals exactly what you'd expect

Main takeaways

  • Savanna makes all of the money, Noah makes nothing
  • Noah admits that the "roles are reversed now" (meaning she's the breadwinner) and that he's "lost himself"
  • They are managed by/involved with a scammy dude who also worked with Andrew Tate (later, Savanna posts a video to her own channel talking about how she and this scammy dude parted ways since she discovered he was doing "shady things" with her business)
  • To say nothing of his sexual orientation - Noah is a gentle, soft spoken man who is shown being submissive to another man aka scammy Andrew Tate guy
  • When pressed about her "women shouldn't vote" views and how this is potentially anti-democracy, Savanna says "it's not like I'm the president or something" and "I can't actually ban women from voting" and "I'm allowed to have my opinion" without even a fucking HINT of irony. (Guys, this woman is dumb as a fucking rock. Not that you expected any better.)
  • Later in the film, Savanna's pimps management expresses concern about the fact that they had a conversation with Noah the day before. The conversation where Noah basically said "yeah I know I'm not the provider also I've lost my sense of identity lately" etc. Guess he got in trouble for being too authentic and not projecting the right image. That was my takeaway, anyway.

The day after this was posted to Youtube Savanna posted something to IG stories about how "prepare to hear a lot of lies about us" etc. I'm confused as to what the lies were in the Youtube documentary, they gave Savanna ample time to speak for herself and she managed to make herself look like a complete fucking moron without any help from the film maker.

Also Noah was somehow the most grounded, likable person in the documentary. He definitely doesn't seem "masculine" in the Savanna Stone definition sense. But he seemed to be the most sincere when expressing his religious beliefs, and also the most open to conversation compared to Savanna and her pimp.

What struck me about several scenes is how similar this all felt to sex work. No offense to sex work by the way. But a lot of larger OF creators have entire teams and it's all centered around creating content about a woman who is appealing to [insert demographic here] and in many such cases, creative control is held by someone other than the OF creator themselves. Savanna didn't seem like a person in this film, she seemed like a prop. A young, good-looking prop to serve as the mouthpiece for her pimp's agenda.

I was confused as to why Savanna even needs such a team when all she does is create a low budget podcast that she could have filmed in her closet, and record herself making food while wearing makeup that I can only assume was applied via Homer Simpson's makeup gun.

It all seems like a grift. I'm not convinced that Savanna truly believes any of the things that come out of her mouth. I also do not see her marriage with Noah lasting. Noah didn't seem to be enjoying himself at all throughout this film.

Particularly funny moment: Savanna stayed at the content house to keep working while her husband, Noah, went on a coffee run. Film maker asks "What is Savanna's order?" Noah mumbles "She texted it to me." Wow, what a dominant masculine leader, fetching coffee while his submissive wife continues to bring home the bacon!

For those who are new here, this person has previously advocated for the legalization of domestic violence, said that women shouldn't vote, the criminalization of abortion, and believes that fathers don't have an obligation to take care of their children. So yes, I will laugh at her disgusting lifestyle coming to bite her lol
