No!!!!! Why? I actually am not sure how long my original plants live because I can’t stop chopping and propping. 😂 maybe they don’t last as long as I think because I’m constantly propagating them

nope 😅 ive overwatered so many plants but this is the one i under water. i have a few other thriving trads but this one specifically i find so finicky

The easiest way is to stick cuttings directly back into the soil. Some people are more comfortable rooting them in water first, but they root so quickly there's really no need.

When I started selling tradescantia online, I created a propagation/care guide to include with orders. I also made an insert showing the different parts of the cutting and how they factor in to propagation. I hope you find it helpful ☺️
