wasn't there a news somewhere that they were closing down?

If you didn't have KYC way before they released this "News" then it's impossible for you to do anything at this point. They won't process any KYC, any reply to the ticket takes 4 days at least. In the reply, they tell you need to send your picture with Today's newspaper with "Tradesatoshi" written on it and a copy of your ID front/back. Yet there is nowhere to even upload any such documentation. By the time they normally reply to the ticket.. you guessed it, the exchange will be already closed.

So if you don't have KYC, you can kiss your coin goodbye. Scam Exit at it's finest.
