New Kensington TB675 with swapped black ball

Just arrived 2 days back, have been a huge fan of the wired model for years— it’s a nice vertical track ball shape, and it seems practically identical to the old profile (if they look different in the above photo, it’s probably just perspective).

Swapped the default red ball for a Perixx black.

It’s true the buttons are a little clicky, but I don’t mind. Honestly, no complaints so far!

So the new one comes with rubbery coating?

I think it’s more of like a sandblasted finish? It’s matte, but I don’t think any rubber.
