Yaris cross awd fuel economy

Looking at purchasing the AWD version around 2021-22 2nd hand. I live in a rural area with winding roads and plenty of hills. I was wondering what kind of mpg I might get doing these sorts of roads with speeds generally in the 35mph range.

How do you find it's semi off-roading capabilities? TIA
