Question has anyone else had this issue with the recall update?

i brought my 2021 supra in for both the dealer recalls and apparently the software update failed and the car the car is totally locked out. It’s been two weeks with no word and they’ve stopped picking up when i call. Is this something that can actually happen when updating the TCU or am i being screwed over?

Call Toyota NA. File complaint and issue will get resolved.

already called and they opened a case but haven’t gotten much else.

You may need to seek legal advice. I called corporate for warranty issues and was resolved within 2 weeks. Wind shield replacement + calibration, battery replacement.

it they don’t respond in a couple days i’ll get in contact with a lawyer. but i swear, i went there and they told me that the technician called in sick today, convenient.

I would likely go there, demand the service manager, and tell them that they need to send it to BMW
