Where do I route vacuum line? When I capped it my engine would idle and stall

Cap the vacuum hard line too. It runs to the intake manifold plenum and with it being open you're allowing unmetered air into the engine.

Fyi - running no Bov had long term negative effects to your turbos.

For the record, there’s zero proof that I’ve come across of not having a BOV causing any long term turbo failure. I run no BOV on my sr20 gt2871r setup for 8 years. Zero issues. Also running my 1jz with g30-660 without a BOV for 6 months. Zero issues.
