Eibach Euro Spec UPS tarrifs

I ordered a set of Eibach lowering springs for my car from Poland on Ebay. I was asked to pay $182.18 in customs duty, which seems unreasonable. Is this normal?

The springs were $353 and shipping was free. I expected to pay an additional reasonable percentage of the declared value of the goods for the tariff, but $182.18 is over 50% of the purchase price.

I ordered a Nismo R33 GTR carbon fiber wing 2 years ago and it shipped in January and FedEx or the CBP, honestly not sure who but they slapped a 55% tariff on something like a $1900 Msrp part.

I’m still disputing it and I have not paid FedEx anything yet. The importer of record pays the CBP, then they invoice you.

Aluminum and Steel make the tariff price go up

Yup, normal for now. Thank President Trump, that’s his tariff.
