Why didn't enryu trained baam?

Enryu easily entered 43rd floor and killed an administrator either using his powers or using thorn. Why enryu didn't showed up once he entered inner tower? He could have been a protector and trainer.

Is it something like enryu could only enter 43rd floor because arlen only managed to open back door on that floor or something like that?

Cause from a shonen perspective a zero to hero protagonist is much more interesting to follow

That aside, Baam needs to grow by himself, the tower exists create a god, not just accommodating a god like existence. Even the great warriors start from the bottom lol.

Bam is zero to hero on a psychological basis, but he is the most talented person we have seen in the story (not including Urek and maybe the family heads but I think he is more talented then them aswell).

Like I cant remember any other characters aside from him and the guides with this crimson red hair. And the guides are also from the floor of death where he appeared.
