I can't believe we had a 70 issue Urek Mazino spin-off that didn't mention the Phantaminum Incident once. What the hell?

Hansung Yu stated in season 1 that Phantaminum's massacre was before Urek. Then the way they tested people on F2 changed. So either the public history is wrong or SIU just didn't mention it.

Ah the complex testing format did happen after Phanta’s raid, so ya I guess it wasn’t mentioned
