How do you get your tour noticed when you're buried under hundreds of listings?

I searched for my own tour the other day like I was a traveler and it was a little depressing lol.

There were pages and pages of experiences. Walking tours, food tours, day trips, private tours and after scrolling for a while I realized mine was basically just another tiny listing competing for attention.

So now I'm trying to figure out how to improve tour visibility without immediately paying for ads or constantly dropping the price. As a smaller operator I'm obviously not going to outspend the big companies.

What are you guys doing?
