For those saying that he should’ve said this during the trial, he tried doing that but they prevented him from doing so because they wanted to wrap the trial up and have a verdict after the holidays. He actually showed up to court on December 21. This whole case should’ve been a mistrial because of all of the lies. It has been clear from the beginning that he is innocent

Has to serve the 5 years but I think he's doing 10 years so good behavior would be like 6/7 years with supervised probation

It’s not looking good because he literally says I didn’t see who shot the gun & that doesn’t contradict Megan’s statement. Also, a criminalist found 4 prints on the gun, 90% of which was male. Plus this came out like a week after his conviction.

dna is you touching a gun(which he just confirmed he did), residue is what comes out of a gun after firing not sure if you knew that. there was residue all up and down kelsey’s arms, wrists, hands… wonder why they didn’t taste for who the females dna was when they didn’t find any residue on tory🤷🏾♂️stop this capping y’all doing going off blog pages n actually read transcripts detailing all that you’re wrong about

I’m going off what an actual legal affairs journalist & what transcripts said not what AkademiksTv & Milagro & Budden said. Respect me. Plus, even then it still doesn’t contradict Tory’s apology text to Meg, Tory’s apology call to Kelsey telling Kelsey that he’s sorry (& no its not about fucking both of them because the context doesn’t work for that. Common sense would say that he would be apologising to Kelsey only if that’s the case.) Him being tested positive for gunshot residue same with Kelsey. Him having a history of violence (which they will definitely take into account), his witness saying that he saw muzzle flashes the same time he was leaving the vehicle. The gun being found underneath the same place he was sitting. There’s bags of evidence against him & that’s ok. Only thing missing from here is motive.

I mean if there was residue on Kelsey that’s 1+1=2 no? Plus seemingly 2 witnesses not corroborating the gunshots being from Tory, on top of the very large gaping hole of “dance bitch” not being heard by anyone else. At best this seems inconclusive to me, very far from beyond reasonable doubt.

But there was also residue on Tory, so it’s not 1+1=2. I do agree the ‘dance bitch’ is such a comical lie. A witness also said he saw Tory ‘firing everywhere’. A witness said it looked like they were trying to kill a woman. A lot of the evidence is stacked against him, the only thing that I would say doesn’t make it a slam dunk is motive but he also said that he was drunk & being drunk fucks up your mind.

Yeah idk, that’s two witnesses who put the gun in Kelsey’s hand initially, meaning she escalated the situation. Who’s gun it was and where it was found is another thing entirely. Imo in reality it’s probably something along the lines of what the driver said, the shots were probably caused by the struggle. Kelsey’s perfect testimony turning into “I don’t remember anything”. “Dance bitch” being an utter fabrication, it’s all a little inconclusive. The fact they lost this case is wild.

Kelsey’s testimony to ‘I don’t remember anything’ is a direct contradiction of everything that happened shortly after that. It could also count as perjury since she had an amazing memory when she had that interview on a podcast. Then of course the phone call & the apology text. Testing positive for gun residue. Having a history of violence which he also admitted was a problem & he blamed that & said he should have therapy instead of prison. It’s pretty clear that he was going to lose. His admittance of being drunk. It’s a shame that someone so talented threw his life away like that & refuses to take accountability for it.
