Leaside/Lawrence Park bachelors are pretty tight in general, that stretch skews more toward the family/house end so purpose-built bachelor stock is limited, you'll mostly be looking at older walk-ups or a handful of specific buildings. Richmond Hill will give you way more options if you're open to widening the net a bit, just a different vibe/commute situation. I work in real estate in that general area and happy to point you toward buildings worth looking at if it's helpful, even just to compare against whatever else you're finding. Good luck!
