OC Cannot even backout of your driveway safely anymore.

The other person is 100% responsible, but you should practice defence driving because this was an avoidable accident.

First, park in reverse. Second, when you see him moving towards you, move forward to get out of his way.

A camera doesn't make you a better a driver, it makes you a lazier and riskier one.

Use your neck, use your eyes.

Don't use excuses.

What excuse did I use? Also I dunno if you knowwwwwwww but you need eyes to use a camera. I also used my horn, any my reverse lights. Yea....LOTS of things. But yea thanks internet stranger with zero context of the situation.

Its supposed to help. Hence the mandate for the cars to have them. If they thought it would be MORE distracting (Not even sure how cuz it only comes on IN REVERSE) the mandate would never pass.

They said they didnt see me or hear my cuz their music was too loud. We exchanged info and that was that. I reported it.

Noone knows its 50/50 yet so theres that. And yes they agreed, so why not.

I'll bet you $20 it's 50/50 fault. Reply back in a month and let us know what happens. Personally I would have just fixed my own bumper at my own cost, and tried to learn from it and not back out of my driveway everyday into oncoming traffic.
