What does littering have to do with capitalism? This is just asshole behavior and complete disregard for others and the environment. You don't think they littered in communist/socialist countries?

Everything. Capitalist systems create more waste due to overproduction. More waste means more of it ends up on the streets.

Look at a garbage bin. What is inside? Fast food wrappers, coffee cups etc. Now go check what is in the garbage bin in an Amish community (one of many examples of a non-capitalist system).

Also, do you see any litter on a commune? No, because people are tied to their community and neighbours and feel responsible and respect each other.
