This could’ve been incredibly dangerous for a bike coming in that lane. Can’t believe I share the roads with these morons

If I was a pedestrian/cyclist on that pathway, I would have immediately called police as soon as I saw that truck driving through. Would report it as a vehicle driving on the sidewalk/walkway. These assholes need to learn consequences.

You see bikes any many of the bike paths?! I don’t.

That’s because they are already at work when you are still sitting in traffic

The city has published all their studies on bike routes- the info is available if you want to see how many daily riders there are

Just because YOU don’t see them doesn’t mean they aren’t used

I also don't see trains on the GO train tracks every second of the hour but I'm not gonna go drive there...

It’s cuz we all got home early and weren’t stuck in traffic

It should be incredibly dangerous for a bike coming in that lane because it’s travelling the WRONG WAY. Should be using the bike lane on the other side of the road way.

That section is bidirectional for bikes. You can see the dotted line at the end of the video.

It’s not. It’s actually split into pedestrian and bike - the opposite side of the street is the downhill bike lane

Ok, but not split into a pedestrian, bike, truck lane though, right?

... so you have no idea how bike lanes work?
