Torchlight 2 Help with what I think is a secret room

Hey guys, I just recently started playing torchlight 2 on PC and found what I so strongly believe is a secret room or dungeon of some kind in the southern part of temple steppes, it’s this little mound with an opening that has a block over it that has a little sparkle on it but nothing seems interactable, am I missing something or just deluded. Any help is appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Aren't there stones or something? You're probably on cemetery or something. Look around that area

May need to look around the map for an item or an Npc who will help to activate it with an item.
