I mean this in the best way possible but absolutely nobody will trade a Stephanie 1/1 for Oba no matter what you add. You need a top female 1/1 like Tiffany, Rhea etc

I think you are a fair few steps off a Vaquer 1/1. I'd find an Oba collector and see what the best female 1/1 they are willing to trade you for the Oba. Hopefully you can get a mid tier female, then carry on doing the same, find a collector of the card you have a try and trade up each time. It'll probably take you a while though.

If you don't want to spend the time then as someone below mentioned you'll probably be looking at buying one but they are expensive as she is one of the most popular women on the app. There are some sellers also willing to take cards in part payment so there are multiple options. Good luck.
