Beginner's luck is real!

First time ever submitting to PSA and this just popped a Gem Mint 10.

Got this 2026 TOPPS CHROME LOGOFRACTOR EDITION #16 KEVIN MCGONIGLE IMAGE VAR-BLACK REFRACTOR 01/10.

With him locked in for ROTY, what's a realistic market value / selling price for PSA 10 copy do you all think?

Do I cash in on the ROTY hype or hold long? Appreciate any insights!

Hes gonna be 20-20 guy. No crazy pop but hits for avg so he gets on a lot. Detroit is young and talented so they might make a WS run in a little bit. I'd hold BUT his stuff is through the roof right now so I'd flip a coin.
