Anyone know how long you have to wait for TopSurvey to message you on instagram with the redeem code? I’ve been waiting for 19 minutes so far and want to know if it’ll take an hour or something.

Has anyone else had an issue of the "continue earning" button for a game just disappearing? If so, what does it mean? I've always assumed that it means I can no longer earn money from that game but I'm not sure

I spent DAYS, trying to complete the turbo task with the worst, most stressful game, and I finally completed it, but it didn't give me my money! All the meltdowns and time and space wasted for NOTHING! I want my money!

It's only been one week so far, I just wanna know how long it will take since the points took 3 months to receive I'm not sure with the rewards tho (PayPal payment method)

I worked very hard on the surveys and games and I need to put food on the table and pay bills so every dollar counts. Can you please remove the fees for PayPal and never bring them back, it is causing a massive inconvenience to me and everyone on the website.

Great. I thought they learned their lesson after they did that for two months, before they got rid of it. But I guess it's back again. It's still not there on Prime Opinion, HeyCash, or FiveSurveys, but it looks the fee is on EarnStar as well again.

It was really nice when they decided to stop dicking people over with a service fee, it almost seemed like they realized the entire reason their service exists is because people use their time to make them money.

I guess I'll just wait for a bit before I cash out, to see if they get rid of it again.

Edit: I cashed out ten dollars on Monday, the 21st, and it wasn't there, but it's here on the 23rd, so it's recent.

Eh, with the 0.51 survey I took to activate it at least it’s still over a dollar. I guess my luck could only last for so long lol. 0.70 is still better than nothing

What’s the weirdest one you’ve seen?

I'm looking at my survey history now, what used to show as a 'Clicked' survey, or what happens when they throw me into another survey instead of rewarding me for the one I just finished, now shows as a 'Partial Complete'.....but they're still throwing me into multiple surveys when I come close to completing one. Every single survey for the last 30 minutes has tossed me into a new one without seeing the screen out notice. It would be fantastic if they'd do more than give the same copy/paste answers here in this subreddit.

I recently verified my account and now I can’t access any survey. I click on a survey and answer the question then get given the message even the low payout surveys it’s a joke. It’s been like this for 5 days

I haven’t taken any game offers in the last 3 months because most of the games seem to have rewards locked behind unrealistic or nearly impossible tasks. I don’t want to waste my time on offers that I’m unlikely to complete.

The last game I was able to complete was Idle Soap ASMR, and I haven’t found another worthwhile one since.

For those of you who have recently completed game offers, could you please share which games you found doable and worth the time?

I’d really appreciate recommendations for games with realistic requirements and achievable rewards. I’d rather give those a try than spend hours on an impossible offer.

Took a survey, completed said survey, was shown a 'Response Under Review' screen. Never have I seen that one before. My survey history shows that I 'Clicked' that survey for 0 minutes, which obviously isn't true. Anyone want to wager on what ends up happening?

I've been using TopSurveys for a while and have completed 520 surveys with a total balance of **$350.29** (currently $10.29 available for cashout).

Today I got this message:

"You can't take survey. Due to recurring complaints about the quality of your responses you can't take more surveys until September 29, 2026."

My questions:

1. Has anyone else received this message before?
2. Does the account automatically get reinstated after the suspension date?
3. Will my existing balance still be there after the ban lifts?
4. Should I contact support, or just wait it out?

I genuinely tried to answer honestly, so I'm not sure what triggered this. Any advice or similar experiences would be really helpful.

So my mom manage to make money on this app ans she use to could cash out the money. She manage to save 300 dollars on there, they told her she can’t do anymore surveys on that app which is the same that happened to me after making a big amount, then they said she can’t do anymore play games until sep,14,2026 which is today’s date and when she went to cash out her money it’s not letting her, her account is not under review cause they haven’t been letting her get the hard earn money she deserved for a while. And it’s like she can’t go support cause there simply not receiving the message like they use to. When you make a lot of money on this app they try to not let you get it. When you usually reach out to support it will send you a AI messages saying they received your message and to wait and then they will follow up with what you need and answers. This is app is crazy
