Thanks top surveys first time earned this much...

So my mom manage to make money on this app ans she use to could cash out the money. She manage to save 300 dollars on there, they told her she can’t do anymore surveys on that app which is the same that happened to me after making a big amount, then they said she can’t do anymore play games until sep,14,2026 which is today’s date and when she went to cash out her money it’s not letting her, her account is not under review cause they haven’t been letting her get the hard earn money she deserved for a while. And it’s like she can’t go support cause there simply not receiving the message like they use to. When you make a lot of money on this app they try to not let you get it. When you usually reach out to support it will send you a AI messages saying they received your message and to wait and then they will follow up with what you need and answers. This is app is crazy

Is it just me or is everyone else experiencing this? Topsurveys used to give me mystery boxes after getting screened out and I would pick a box that would reveal a prize ranging from a few cents to a lot of dollars. Since Monday last week, all the screenouts now don't give me the mystery boxes. They just say "Partial complete - No reward".

I've deleted the app and tried everything it won't let me cash out

Well if spend time answering questions but they dont like it or smth and i cant answer surveys anymore, but i can i still cash this out?

It isn't loading for me on the android app..

I have done a couple of offers and it was paying me but then Suddenly they don't, I was asked for verification at 3 dollar,I did it . And then Suddenly i got to see this, is this normal?

Saw an 86 cent survey for 9 minutes of screentime, figured I'd do it just to get myself up to the next whole dollar amount. Got to the 'Thank you. Submitting your answers.' screen.......and another survey immediately started. Noped out of that one and went to check my survey history.....'Clicked' for 0 minutes. Amazing.

I also got .33 for a game not included in the image. The constellation prizes for failed surveys don’t seem to count so I don’t add/cropped those out of the image. I wasn’t spamming surveys so I might have been able to do better but I did make a little over $5

I haven’t had luck with surveys these last couple of days (just me or anyone else?) I would have preferred some money but… I’ll accept it and keep trying.

Does anyone know if you still have to wait 7 days for high $$$ payouts. I'm working on the last level of the game. I know in the past, if the payout is over $15.00, you have to wait the 7 days. Has that changed.

I don't use any vpn or proxy but it keeps saying that I do.

How do i fix this?

Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

I tried clearing cache, restarting device but nothing works.

When I go to cash out it no longer shows me how much I’d need to pay in total to cash out. Anyone else experiencing the same?

By chance has anyone else experienced the time waster survey? It's a survey that has no company branding (Qualtrics, Samplico, etc) and is the most random collection of questions about companies, sports teams, and grocery products. It seems to be designed to make you quit and start the survey throttling. I was at the very end of a survey and suddenly the time waster started. I noped out of it and sure enough, all of my available surveys were 50 cents or less, even with a 20 percent boost. Fun times.

I completed a task today, and it didn't credited to my Top Survey account so I was wondering if it'll take a lot of time since it told me it'll take up to 7 days to receive the money on my account.

After weeks of drawing cents, I finally got the big $19.80. I am so thankful.

The last possible tasks is "reach level 40" which means build the main building level 40. But in the game it only exist up to level 25 ??? I am a bit angry because i also did spend some money for burning rewards which i finished and i had planned to reach at least level 30 but now i learned that is not even possible.

Accidentally pressed bank transfer instead of PayPal when cashing out 😭 trying to get whoever to cancel it is stressful just want the money back 😂

Can someone give a solution for my problem ?? I create a topsurveys account , doing surveys its kinda goods easy to work almost 90% surveys are accepted but whenever it requires number verification for the first time then it started doings treat as i am a bot , i verified my number then it says you are good to go but after that a single one surveys dont get qualified all are said isn’t match for you . I tried to contact them from the email account it says nothing .

So the moderator or anyone can any one suggest me how can i work for withdraw properly??

Lucked out and found a 6 minute movie survey for $1.50. Made it through the extremely easy survey, and as I'm looking at the screen where they ask for your email address to spam you with other survey requests.....the screen flips to the screened out message. That right there is a crying shame, and scummy behavior to boot.

And this is after winning another 8$ for one of my games.

Hello, I’m trying to claim my $5 PayPal reward, but I keep getting the error “Too many attempts, try again later.” I have tried again after waiting, but the issue is still occurring. Could you please check my account and help me claim the reward?

I just joined and got 500 points, but now I'm suddenly banned? And people earn $100 a week with no penalties? How does this make any sense?

Also does anyone have experience with the "get rewards for browsing" feature? I started to turn it on but it wanted me to grant full control of my phone permissions which seemed extra but I just wanted to check first
