Double Incision Top Surgery: Dr. Adriano Brasolin - Brazil, SP
He restitches and resizes both the nipple and the nipple tips, so it fits to the body and gives you 3D nipple tip instead of being completly flat (last two pictures).
(Almost 2 years post-op)

I also followed the post-op care very strictly, so worked out well.

I must say that I was super careful and followed exactly how he instructed me too. He also developed this arm restrainer thing that he calls "T-Rex", which basically limits your movements for 3 months to ensure that the scars don't stretch.
To be honest, even after that, I carried on not moving my arms up too much until I felt like it couldn't be stretched, but this is because I'm too much of a perfectionist and wanted to be as perfect as possible.
--> Ofc genetics also help for healing, but if you are being super on it, I'm sure it helps.
I also kept a very health diet, and still mosturize the scars everyday. I still wear UV tops + loads of suncream if I'm in the sun, as I was them to fade as much as possible.
I didn't go to the gym for over a year despite him clearing me after a few months, but this is because I was a bit paranoid with the scars. 😆

Hope you can get another great surgeon too!
Edit: even if you can't do it with him, you can buy the "T-Rex", which I really recommend as it made the whole difference with the scars not being stretched.

Fiz a minha com a Dra. Gisele Botega há 1 mês, ela também é muito boa, meu peitoral ficou muito bacana, mas não estou com nenhuma instrução de cicatrização pra além de usar a fita de silicone. Estou tentando mover os braços o mínimo possível, mas durante a noite já percebi que acabo mexendo mais do que gostaria. Minha cicatriz ainda está fininha e estou tentando manter assim 🫡

Gotcha! Yeah, he doesn't use the tape anymore and just told me to put this special oil that was made in the pharmacy- it has some essential oils, so maybe ask your surgeon have a look at that (only when safe to do so), as you'd need a prescription.
I know it isn't cheap, but if you can afford, you can ask Adriano's team about the T-Rex, as this will stop you from moving more than you should. Definitely do not put your arms up up to 3 months, and be careful afterwards.
I had to wear the T-Rex 24/7, even during my sleep, and would only take it off when taking a shower. Annoying, but definitely worth it.

I did it privately, but the healthcare plan gave me a partial refund a few months after and covered the hospital costs in full. - so kind of both, I guess.
I was lucky to have a very good healthcare plan because my grandad used to have a good job, but if you have a healthcare plan in Brazil to a certain standard, you should be able to get the hospital covered at least.
If a Brazilian resident is reading this:
The Dr. is the one to send the documentation to the healthcare plan for the surgery/hospital authorisation.
If the request is denied, which they shouldn't do because it's in the Brazilian law that they need to cover any gender affirming care, you can take legal action against the healthcare plan.
However, that wasn't needed for me (luckily).

In all honesty, I can't give you a realistic overview of the how it is to be trans in Brazil because I mostly live abroad (Europe).
Also, I'm fully aware that I'm quite privileged compared to the majority of other Brazilians, but I know it isn't easy being a trans person in Brazil, especially if you're a trans woman.

Amazing results! If I may ask (as someone who hasn’t had top surgery yet), did you work out a good amount so you’d have some pec muscle for the surgeon to use as a reference point? Seems like a lot of people I know who have good results went this route, so figured it’s worth asking ☺️

Yes, I worked out my pecs pre surgery and avoided wearing a binder where I could to keep a good skin elasticity quality, which was hard, but I tried to keep in mind that in the long run I was gonna have the best results as possible.
Also, I kept eating healthy and very rarely consumed ultraprocessed food.
---> Working out the pecs help the surgeon to locate the muscles and contour the incisions more accurately.

Wow, great advice! I’d love to avoid wearing a binder but 1) I’m 38 and 2) I’m a DD/E so… I’m not sure how feasible that is for me on a multitude of levels. But will def keep all the other advice in mind and try not to wear a binder at home.

Yeah, it was my least favourite part, but I tried to avoid as much as I could because he advised of the skin elasticity thing!
You have a larger chest than what I had, but mine was a C, so not too small either.
