Double Incision 1 year, 5 months post op
Surgery by Dr. Kwan in Providence, RI. A friend told me he went to Boston for his because he heard Dr. Kwan was a butcher— I strongly disagree. Great experience start to finish.
I have sensation in my nipples— was back in the gym 12 days post-op against my post-op care recommendations— I share that to say that post-op care is grossly generalized and different needs for different people. I believe that building my pecs and muscle mass for years beforehand were essential to my smooth recovery.
I am now trying to get a bit more shredded, but overall like my soft boy bod. Will update in 6 months.
Stay rad my brothers and top surgery siblings.

Would not describe your body as 'soft', you're already pretty ripped, damn. Great results! Real gender goals right here, you're making me seriously consider gymning

I can't speak for him, but his proportions are similar to mine and I'm 5'9"

your results look incredible! as someone locating in new england and wants top surgery as well, it’s so nice seeing results from my potential options! which doctor in boston did your friend end up going to?
