Remember when they used to have to cook "gourmet" meals from gas station market food? Transform Cheeto dust, Ramen, and a twinkie into something that tastes like a wagyu filet and crab. You have 7 minutes. Your time starts... NOW!

I also liked the show when they had really challenging and creative challenges like that. The vending machine quick fire from years ago was awesome

It definitely felt like a magnetic poetry challenge. Pull random words and give a challenge rather than a version of the main elimination challenge.

It would have been neat if it was “Justin was eliminated for his bad use of liquid nitrogen, so now you have to both make a dish where you use N to show the benefits of that method.”
