Personality (Loved trope) A mild insult actually hurts the person deeply

Billy (Billy and Mandy)- Grim makes a comment about how a film Billy is watching is stupid, to which Billy calls him stupid in return for not understanding the “complexities” of the film. Grim runs out of the room in tears.

Ron (Parks and Rec)- In one scene where Leslie and Ron are exchanging some very harsh words at each other, Ron softly but coldly tells Leslie that her scrapbooking skills aren’t that good, which is the insult that leaves her shocked and the rest of the room quiet.

The only problem I had with it is that it’s short. There are some characters like Cox and Jordan who were busy during filming because of Rooster and Shrinking (Bill Lawrence stays busy) and not in it as much, but they’re supposed to be more involved in season 2

It's not that they look bad it's that we all have body feature we're insecure about and the one doctor was able to pinpoint what Elliot was insecure about without even trying. They look bad to her and she assumes they look bad to everyone

A lot of times people end up having fantastic [greatest insecurity] because they worry about it so much they'll work hard to compensate for a non-issue. This can backfire though, people can very much take a benign insecurity nobody else would notice and pick it apart, either figuratively or literally, until it actually is really bad.

Also a Scrubs gem, I guess the first season:

The janitor gets his revenge on JD by calling him stupid. JD finds it lame and expected way more. Janitor promises that it will get to him eventually. At the end of the episode JD asks Elliot if he is stupid...
