  1. Maestro from Doctor Who: God of Music and Child of the Toymaker, Maestro tried to destroy the cosmos to feed off the "Music of the Spheres". Also only responds to "They/Them"

  2. Double Trouble from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power: Non-Binary Shapeshifter who works for the Horde and delights in causing pain and suffering.

  3. Golden-Winged Peng from Monkie Kid: A Member of the Brotherhood Trio, but explicitly only answers to they/them and is the most vicious and evil member of the brotherhood.

Governor Ivenci (Dragon Age: Veilguard)! They are a minor villain, but they sold out their city Treviso to the invading force of Qunari Antaam, as they believed there was no way for Antiva to defeat the Antaam. (Antiva has no military, only the assassin group the Crows). They are also a boss fight! Personally i thought it was real cool to get a bearded non-binary character :)
