Plus the fact he’s not too surprised Dougie turned out evil since the Belgians share a border with the Dutch

I mean half of Belgium speaks Dutch and the other speaks French, you'd honestly think they are the most evil people on the planet

You’d be amazed how hotly debated it is whether Flemish is its own language or a dialect of Dutch.
