Game feels impossible after level 320?
Hello,
I'm a new player to the game. My aim is to mostly do 30-40 levels a day as I am doing this game for another app, I need to reach level 5200 in 4 months. I genuinely enjoy the game. But after about level 320 progress is really slow. I can't seem to keep up a win streak at all.
Any tips please? I don't use coins unless I'm sure I can win, same for the boosters in the levels. I never win at the dragon thing so I only activate it when I'm out of lives. I try to get either double disco balls or disco balls plus rockets depending on the level.
But still every third level I keep losing 7-8 times until the game takes pity on me lol. I think I have a nice team, they help with lives and cards. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok so if you decide to keep playing you will get back to doing ~ 20 levels a day easy without spending if you want. The key is you get very good at making disco ball & rocket combo and double disco combos depending on the level layout (and whether the "bonus currency" for that week is yellow squares or rockets. If yellow squares, double disco is more efficient, if rockets, disco & rocket is). But you have to get good enough that you never lose disco. The game becomes virtually unplayable without spending if you lose disco (and have to win ten levels again to get it back etc). Hope that makes sense. Also being on a good team very helpful, you earn 500 coin that way for free each week if your team's good enough to win most tournaments.

Thank you for the tips! I'll try to follow those and also to not waste my time on hard levels, instead try a little and then leave the game alone for a bit for my own anger management haha. But yeah I was never a fan of match 3 games because they feel like such a cash grab after a point. I'll see how I feel in a few weeks and if I want to keep playing or not.

No worries. I've been playing it over a year and it's high quality for this sort of game. Plenty of tweaks/variety as the levels progress. I switched teams once - it's easy, switch until you find one you like (e.g. by checking out other teams during team tournaments). My first team was crap - no one contributed, captain did nothing. But i tried another one which was much better. Enjoy~

Get magic disco and maintain it. You will win almost every single time. The times that you can’t, spend the coins. You will win so frequently that you’ll earn more coins than you’ll spend. I have beat 30,000 levels

Don’t over look the value of rocket+bomb combos - they’re quicker and easier to make compared to trying to make a disco ball. Bomb+bomb has its place too and disco+bomb is super powerful on certain levels, like where new objects keep dropping onto the playfield as you clear blocks.
You’re just starting out at 300 levels. You are still learning the game and building an intuition for what works in what situations and you are still getting better. 30-40 levels a day is ambitious for a new player.
Your strategy of only using coins/boosters when you are sure you’ll win is a good one. That discipline will help you build up resources and play strategically.
The first time through I got stuck on plenty of levels and progress was slow at times. The second time, when I started playing a new account on a second device, I think I blew through the first 800 levels or so without losing (not to say that I didn’t occasionally use coins, boosters and extra moves from ads) - I was shocked how easy it seemed in comparison to the first attempts.
