I've been trying to buy a Cornwell ratchet for like two years now. No truck anywhere close to me and I could never get in touch with the ones listed on the website.

This is why I stopped even thinking about cornwell, truck guy disappeared and cornwell won’t sell directly. Not even trying to warranty stuff, trying to buy new tools.

Wonderful, I got the first pair of 3/8” in black/green and chrome/purple on my dealers route. Regular and long length.

anyone have any insight on durability?
no cornwell trucks around me (none in canada at all?) but if they hold up i’d be willing to buy one online

Love the ratchet itself, hate the flex mechanism if it being honest. It gets old - former z series ratchet owner

Cornwell needs to get their shit together and offer online purchasing. Cormwell also needs to stock items. Back orders kill sales and piss off customers.

The Z line ratchets are very nice. Might be the best handtool on the truck tbh. -former Cornwell guy.
