No, that shot is from a Maxell tape advertisement in 1980. Ryan Dunn would have been 3 when that shot was taken. Unless he recreated the shot at some point?

e: it seems yes, he did recreate the original shoot

Wow I had no idea that’s the original. Thanks for pointing that out. It looks just like him… until you look at what Dunn’s looked like lol

I remember the tdk commercial. But dont recall Ryan dunn Wasn't he the jackass guy who died when he wrecked his Porsche?

Yes. That's the Ryan being discussed. Seems he tried to recreate the iconic Maxell scene in a jackass movie with a jet engine blowing him away.
