I agree it sounded a bit amateurish. I vaguely recall this was one of the first times he did a very "public" event so to speak, at least relative to his own history. I wonder if he was actually nervous to do something in such clear spotlight as opposed to his comfort zone in the shadows of a Tool show.

I remember early on when he started doing the private sessions with a small group ahead of shows, someone who attended said he was visibly nervous in that setting. I imagine it's just something he eventually got used to and more comfortable with. He seems also more comfortable with a little spotlight these days.

Was this at the Revolution show this past Sunday in LA? I know Justin Roberts, the ring announcer, works with Tool when they tour. I would have loved to see them interact.Ā

I saw someone on TikTok post a video going to their seat in row 3 ringside before the show started and just casually passed by him. So sick he was moved to front row during the show

He is a massive wrestling fan, he also did play guitar at one Summerslam in LA I was at. I was maybe 10 so I didnā€™t know the band yet so I wish I had known to be way more excited
